CERCAUTO is the satellite anti-theft system that allows drivers to locate their vehicles 24 hours a day, 365 days per year, anywhere in Europe .

To activate the service simply install the CERCAUTO sensor equipped with GPS/GSM technology on your car .

Thanks to a satellite sensor, drivers can personally monitor and locate the position of their vehicles at any time while they are comfortably sitting in their homes or offices and, in case of theft, can request the support from the Headquarters to recover the vehicle.

CERCAUTO is delivered to customers already equipped with an assembled active SIM card so that using the service is really easy and economical.

CERCAUTO is available in the following versions:

•CERCAUTO: Satellite Sensor + 3 years of locating service included

•CERCAUTO PLUS: Satellite Sensor, equipped with a Motion Sensor, i.e. a device surveying any movement of the vehicle when the ignition key is not inserted and updates the customers via text message on the new position of the vehicle + 3 years of locating service included.

THE MOTION SENSOR

The CERCAUTO PLUS locating system is equipped with a Motion Sensor, a device which surveys any movement of the vehicle when the ignition key is not inserted. If the movement recorded exceeds a limit set with reference to the latest GPS position, the Anti-Theft function is activated immediately and a message is sent to the Headquarters. In this case, Customers shall receive a warning text message on their mobile phone and shall be updated as regards the new position of their vehicle in real time during the following 30 minutes.

LOCATING THE VEHICLE

• INTERNET: connect to the www.bconnect.biz website, enter your personal username and password in the dedicated fields. In a few seconds, on a constantly updated  Navteq colour map, you can display the position of your vehicle, zoom in and out and explore the street and area surveyed in detail. Moreover, you can assess the vehicle status, i.e. whether it is moving, still or simply parked.

• TELEPHONE: in case of theft, the vehicle can be located by phone with the help of the operators of the Headquarters, by calling the dedicated tool free number active every day 24 /24.

In both cases,  Customers can tack the movements of their vehicles and act to recover them by promptly warning the police.

By installing the CERCAUTO satellite location system, you can take advantage of interesting discounts on your theft insurance. bCONNECT has reached specific agreements with important insurance companies to help its customers obtaining discounts on their breakage, theft and fire insurance.

PRICE LIST

The CERCAUTO service is available by subscribing for  three years  at a lower price than normal satellite locating units. The price for the installation must be paid by the customer and is agreed upon with the dealer.
